Understanding Leadership Styles

This session helps leaders determine different ways they can lead their members, develop their approach, and identify key steps to improve it. It will also create an opportunity for them to discover the qualities and effectiveness of other leadership styles they are not yet aware of and combine them for more effective and impactful leadership.

At the end of this program, participants will:

  • Understand competence levels and how they affect leadership in small and larger groups. 

  • Identify and apply the need for different leadership styles and how to effectively use them to manage members with consideration of cultural diversity. 

  • Identify and apply leadership styles and approaches that are suitable or applicable to various situations. 

  • Analyze strategies to discover leadership styles for upcoming church leaders.
